The Internet Public Library

In my reference services class, one of our big projects is to answer real questions that get submitted to the Internet Public Library's Ask an IPL Librarian service. Over the course of the semester, we have to answer three real questions from people and then write a paper about the experience.

Over the weekend I completed the pre-quiz, got my login information, and completed my practice question which I submitted for evaluation. Today I got cleared to start answering real questions. It should be interesting to see what kind of questions get asked.

PS. There's also a section specifically for kids to send questions in to Ask an IPL Librarian.

You can't leave me personally a question, but if you really have a question that you'd like a librarian's help with you can submit one by going to ipl.org and clicking "Ask an IPL Librarian"
